Back in June, 19-year-old Alex Moffett was the only survivor of a deadly car crash that killed her father, her grandmother and her sister. Now, she's continuing her recovery with a surprise moment of comfort from one of her favorite country artists.

Alex Moffett, her sister Catherine Moffett, and their dad Derek Moffett, stopped to see the girls' grandmother while traveling to a Chris Stapleton concert at the time of the fatal crash.

But unfortunately, they never made it to the show.

Her father Derek Moffett, 55, and grandmother Patricia Moffett, 83, died at the scene in Warrensburg, Mo. She was airlifted to Research Medical Center in Kansas City from that crash along with her sister,
